According to Sen. Theodore Orji (PDP-Abia) the emergence of Sen. Bukola Saraki as the Senate President has proven that politics is all about negotiation and not war, Vanguard reports.
“What has happened today has shown us that politics is all about negotiation. It is not war always. When you negotiate, you give and take and things will work out well for us.
He also believes that Saraki would stabilise the Red Chamber just like former Senate president David Mark had done.
“The new Senate President has said it; he will stabilise the Senate and when you stabilise the hallowed chamber, you have stabilised the country.”
