The Nigeria Football Federation’s Disciplinary Committee Chairman, Barrister Chris Green has insisted that the federation will go on with their investigation on Super Eagles coach, Steven Keshi even after he was not among the five coaches shortlisted for the job.
Just about a couple of days ago, the Fédération Ivoirienne de Football trimmed the number of coaches originally considered for the Ivory Coast head coach job to five, but the NFF disciplinary committee have said that the new development will not stop them from getting to the root of the matter.
Green said that the NFF are out there to proof a point that the Super Eagles gaffer actually applied for the job in the first instance.
"We’re still investigating, we’re not trying to find out if they’ve cut down the number of applicants. whether he actually applied for the job is what we want to know.” footballlive
