Code of Conduct Tribunal Adjourns Saraki's Case Till November

The Code of Conduct Tribunal has adjourned it's case against Senate President Bukola Saraki to November 5th and 6th, 2015.


Announcing the adjournment, Justice Danladi Umar stated that the outcome of Court of Appeal case will determine CCT proceeding.

Saraki is facing a 13-count charge for false declaration of assets preferred against him by the Code of Conduction Bureau (CCB).
