The Appeal Court has nullified the election of former senate president, Senator David Mark.
The court, sitting in the capital of north central Benue state, Makurdi also ordered a re-run of the election within 90 days.
The National and State Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal, had affirmed Mark's win but the verdict was challenged by the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial candidate for Benue South, Donald Onjeh.
